Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation dated 05.06.2020 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the said representation has been disposed by order No. Pa. Mu. 554/2020 A3 dated 23.06.2020 passed by the Third Respondent. He has also produce a copy of the aforesaid order along with postal acknowledgment card through e-mail dated 12.08.2020, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. It is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
