ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The premises have already been desealed. The respondents/ Authorities are free to proceed in respect of the property in terms of the procedure laid down by this Court in W.P.No.18777 of 2014 dated 08.11.2016, since the petitioner states that they have no sanctioned plan available with them and the authorities would thus have to go by the copy of the sanctioned plan which is in records.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
