This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 28.04.2016 given by the petitioner and register the FIR.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 28.04.2016 given by the petitioner, the dispute essentially appears to be a partnership dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party in respect of sharing income from various business ventures. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
