(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above appeals.

Heard Mrs.G.Hema, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that under Rule 17 of the Rules of Procedure framed by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, the petitioner herein is the authorized person to conduct and represent the Commission before the courts, as she is the administrative head of the Commission. She further submitted that the Chairman of the Commission, first respondent in the writ petition, is an unnecessary party to the present appeals and therefore, the name of the Chairman of the Commission may be permitted to be removed from the present appeals. 3.
