The prayer in the present writ petition is to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent Na.Ka.No.26843/2005-A3, dated 08.10.2007 and confirmed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.Pani 3 (3)/11003/2008, dated 04.03.2008 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.07.2018, It is represented that the learned counsel for the petitioner had given a change of vakalat and the Registry was directed to verify, if any change vakalat is filed on behalf of the petitioner and to print the name of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 11.07.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On 11.07.2018, even though the petitioner's name was printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to remove the names of the counsel appearing for the petitioner in the cause list and print the petitioner's name alone and the petition was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 16.07.2018. Inspite of the matter being listed under the same caption 'for dismissal', today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
