It is seen that this Court had granted stay of the FIR in Cr.No.155 of 2015 on 12.8.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.20184 of 2015. Despite which, the Inspector of Police, Talampur Police Station has sent summons to the petitioner herein on 26.8.2015. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from Mr.R.Nandagopal, Inspector of Police, who is present in the Court, submits that the Police were not aware of the stay granted in Crl.O.P.No.20184 of 2015 on 12.8.2015.

Accepting the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
