ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 01.03.2021 and remand to judicial custody for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.308 of 2019, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner was granted and released on bail by the Court below. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
