This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 31.08.2015 given by the petitioner and file final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

On a reading of the complaint dated 31.08.2015 it is seen that this petitioner had mortgaged his land with the opposite party and had taken loan from him. It is alleged by the petitioner that he has made substantial repayments, but the opposite party is demanding more and more interest. The dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
