ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Since already the petitioner had challenged the very same impugned order passed in C.M.P.No.2019 of 2020 by way of a petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C in Crl.O.P.No.6440 of 2021 and the same was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 19.04.2021, again the same impugned order is challenged by way of the present Criminal Revision Case.

2.Therefore, in view of the above, when this Court is about to dismiss the present Criminal Revision Case, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
