This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to procure the original Video in order to mark the same in C.C.No.2068 of 2015 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have conducted investigation and have filed a final report in C.C.No.2068 of 2015 before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai against the accused for various offences including under the provisions of Information Technology Act and Women Harassment Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The crux of the allegations in the final report is that the obscene videographs of the petitioner were recorded and put into public domain.

5. It is the contention of the petitioner that the impugned video has not been submitted to the trial Court.

6. Today, Ms.K.Umamageswari, Sub Inspector of Police, CBCID, OCUII, is present.

7. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the list of documents filed along with the final report, which shows that the said DVD and the clippings have been submitted to the Court.

8. Recording the above, no further direction need be issued and the trial Court shall ensure that the impugned DVD and clippings are kept in safe custody. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar.
