The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse the payment of encashment of privilege leave for 240 days, unearned leave on private affairs for 90 days and balance gratuity.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a revision under Section 153 of the Co-operative Societies Act before the Revisional Authority.

3. The petitioner is permitted to file revision under Section 153 of the Co-operative Societies Act, before the revisional authority, within a period of three weeks and in case any such revision is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the revisional authority on merits and in accordance with law, without reference to delay, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, as the matter is relating to non-payment of terminal benefits.
