Respondent Prayer Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings No.AE/14/36788/2013 dated 28.5.2014 of the respondent, quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to treat the petitioner having retired from service on superannuation with effect from 31.5.2014 and to pay all the retirement benefits.
