Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in para 7 that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- Rupees (Sixty Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, imposed on the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.8673 of 2021 order dated 06.05.2021 in Crime No.131 of 2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.ARUN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S T. SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been moved by the petitioners/A1 & A2, in whose favour an order for anticipatory bail was granted by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2021 in Crl.OP.No.8673/2021, to modify the condition mentioned in paragraph No.7 of the order.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though this Court granted anticipatory bail on certain conditions, the petitioners were unable to comply one of the condition in respect of deposit of money and hence it should be modified suitably.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that in the order dated 06.05.2021, the petitioners were granted two weeks time to comply with the conditions. Since the time has already lapsed, the petitioner if aggrieved can file a fresh Petition for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners also agreed to file a fresh petition for consideration.
5. In view of the above submissions made by both sides counsel, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed with liberty given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
