No.Pa.Mu.D3/ 23930/ 2015 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 2 and 3 to restore the patta already issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in New S.No.82/8 Old S.No.82/2 of Valayalkarapatti Village Ambur Vellore District measuring 17 sq. mt. bearing Patta No.90.
