Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that was imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 23.12.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.8524 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.NO.14245 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 23.12.2020 in Crl.MP.No.8524 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.14245 of 2020, this Court had directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.12.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
