Consequently, all these applications are allowed and the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent shall be impleaded as respondents 6 and 7 in OP(TM)/28/2024. The petitioner shall carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 30.04.2025 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties within a week from then.
