Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and by consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders in the revision filed by him on 09.01.2017 in accordance with law, within a time frame.
3. Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
revision before the 1st respondent challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent as early as on 09.01.2017, the same has not yet been disposed of by the 1st respondent.
4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the revision, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks' time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's revision dated 09.01.2017 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties, With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
