( CRIME NO. 507/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para 5(d) imposed by this Court Crl.OP.No.14560/2020 dated on 18.09.2020 in Crl.MP.No.813/2021 dated 02.02.2021 in Cr.No.507/2020 on the file of the Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.JAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 02.02.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.813 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14560 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 02.02.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 18.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.14560 of 2020 stand unaltered.
