sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.440 of 2023 on 12.07.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
