Mr.S.Senthamizhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.D.O.P.No.96 of 2022 had been disposed of for default on 14.12.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur. Consequently, this Transfer C.M.P. has become infructuous.
