CR NO.2287 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner is directed to before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1703 of 2021 dated 18/02/2021 ordered dated 18/02/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MANOJ KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 18.02.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1703 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17578 of 2020.
2. This Court, vide order dated 18.02.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by thisCourt.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 20.11.2020 in Crl.OP.No.17578 of 2020 stand unaltered.
