ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent herein to comply with the order dated 15.04.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Krishnagiri in Crl.MP.No.2737 of 2021 filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the respondents, however they have not taken any action on his complaint and hence, he filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.2737 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri and the learned Magistrate vide order dated 15.04.2021, has directed the respondents to take action conduct enquiry. However, still, the second respondent has not taken any action. Hence this petition.

3. It is seen that on a petition made by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2737 of 2021, the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri vide order dated 15.04.2021 has passed the following order.

" Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this court forward the complaint filed by Mr.G.K.Chinnadurai, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to the Inspector of Police, KRP Dam Police Station and to make an enquiry and shall take action in accordance with law, if prima facie case is made out, in case of closure of the complaint, a copy of the closure report at free of cost shall be furnished to the petitioner/complainant within a week of such closure".

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also the order passed by the learned Magistrate, the second respondent is directed to comply the orders passed by the learned Magistrate dated 15.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2737 of 2021, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
