Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem on the first working day of every month imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18059 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18059 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 r/w Sections 6, 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 in Crime No.1061 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
