(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. A limited request is made by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, i.e. to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal to decide the TSA No.181 of 2023, within a time-frame.

3. We are not aware of the number of matters pending before the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal.

4. It is submitted that the Securitisation Application was filed by respondents 3 and 4 much earlier and interim orders are obtained and the matter was transferred from Debts Recovery Tribunal No.II, Chennai, to Debts Recovery Tribunal No.III, Chennai.

5. The petitioner may make a request to Debts Recovery Tribunal No.III, Chennai, for deciding the securitisation application expeditiously, which application would be considered by the said Tribunal. The above Tribunal may also consider the fact that the matter was filed earlier and the same is transferred to it.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
