Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7888 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.DANIEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7888 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 489 (B) and 489 (C) of IPC, in Crime No.42 of 2021, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
