This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents towards the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2023 sent by the petitioner to the 1st respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
