ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the SC/ST Special Court, Namakkal District, to consider the bail application of the petitioner in Crime No.51/2026 pending on the file of the respondent and pass

orders on the same day when he is surrendered before the Court and thus render justice.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, only Sathish and Deevith are the named accused, and there is no reference whatsoever to the petitioner in the complaint. Hence, he submitted that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused in this case. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the petitioner is not arrayed as accused in this case, the petitioner need not file bail application at all in Crime No.51 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police. Such being the case, there is no need to consider the prayer sought by the petitioner.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
