By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner-Institution is run by Smt. Gandhimathi Educational Trust. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) vide proceedings dated 18-10-2007 granted approval to start the B.Ed., course with an intake of 100 students. The petitioner-Institution is conducting the said course from the year 2008 onwards by getting affiliation from the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent also . The petitioner intends to start M.Ed., course and filed an application dated 30-05-2015, along with the required fee to the first respondent. The petitioner has came forward with this writ petition for a direction to dispose of the said application within a stipulated time. 3.

Heard Mr. R. Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. U. Venkatesan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr. K. Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel for the second respondent.

This Court, considering the limited relief sought for directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 30-05-2015 and dispose of the same on or before 15-07-2015, as per law and communicate the decision taken by them to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
