CRIME NO.42 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.5050/2021 Order dated 22.3.2021 that On condition that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such or other order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper to the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5050 of 2021 on 22.03.2021 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
