Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct respondents 1 t 3 to demolish the illegal construction put up by the sixth and seventh respondents in Plot Nos.15, 16, and 18 at Survey No.79/2A, in Neelangarai Village.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by R.Subbiah,J.) It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the dispute involved in the Writ Petition has been settled between the parties (viz., petitioner and the sixth respondent). Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the reverse of this Writ Petition today, which is quoted infra:- "It is submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent with regard to the reduction of the compound wall height and access has been settled."

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel coupled with the endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
