This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 348 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order made in C.C. No.3 of 2017 dated 03.09.2021 on the file of the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. Mr. S. Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
