O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the order dated 07.06.2017 passed before the Madurai Bench of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.Nos.199 & 200 of 2017 and submitted that the petitioner has already filed the above two petitions, to transfer the H.M.O.P.Nos.657 of 2014 and 248 of 2016 from the file of Family Court, Madurai to the file of Family Court, Chennai and both the petitions were dismissed. Suppressing the said factum, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the order of this court produced by the counsel for the respondent.

3.A perusal of the order of this court would go to show that, after going through the averments in the petition in detail, the learned Judge had dismissed the earlier transfer petitions filed by the wife/petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this transfer petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
