CRIME NO.125 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6735/2021 Order dated 15.04.2021 that On condition that the petitioner / accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6735 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.

C @ 306 of IPC in Crime No.125 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
