This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 141 days in preferring the above Writ Appeal against the order made in W.P.No.20584 of 2023 dated 01.09.2023.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 141 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
