Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.815/Mines/2015 dated 05.06.2020 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to carry on quarrying operations for the unquarried stoppage period of two months (March and April 2020) by which the quarry was stopped because of Covid-19 lock down.
