The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.2605 of 2004 has been disposed of by the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No Costs. CMP.No.10073 of 2023 is closed.
