This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 420 days in filing the above appeal against the conviction order dated 20.11.2023 in S.C.No.123 of 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, FTC Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
