This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR against Kumaravel and along with 10 Goondas based on the complaint dated 03.05.2018 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sugendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.142 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruporur Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Inspector of Police, Thiruporur is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and to take decision, in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
