Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against her by this Honble Court by order dated 09.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4646 of 2011, that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.PANNEER SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4646 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections380, 392, 411 and 413 of IPC in Crime No.343 of 2020, while granting bail.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Crl side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
