O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner by themselves or through their subordinates or agents or men from interfering with the lawful business activities of the petitioner including harassing the petitioner and his family members under the guise of investigation, without following the due process of law.

2.This Court suo motu impleads the Inspector of Police, CCB-Chit and Kanduvattee, Chennai 600 007 as the 4th respondent in this Writ Petition. There are two other cases pending as against the petitioner.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the 4th respondent / the Inspector of Police, CCB-Chit and Kanduvattee, Chennai 600 007 is hereby directed not to interfere with the business of the petitioner. At the same time, if there is any complaint as against the petitioner and any cognizance for offence is made out as against the petitioner for any complaint, the 4th respondent / Inspector of Police, CCB (Chit and Kanduvattee), Chennai 600 007 is at liberty to take action as against the petitioner. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
