O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR as against the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2015, acknowledged by the second respondent in Receipt No.75 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, a dispute is existing between two groups of persons, in connection with the activities of local temple. In this regard, complaints and counter complaints have been received and therefore, the Police have referred the matter to Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchengode for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to Police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
