Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition 5(c) to sign before the trial court daily at 10.30 AM on all working days imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. no.20767 of 2020 dated 10/03/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B. MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E. PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 5(c) of the order dated 10.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20767 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 10.03.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m without fail; if the petitioner fails to appear before the court, the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled without any further reference to this court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 10.03.2021 stand unaltered.
