O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having acted willful and deliberate disobedience without taking any steps to pay the eligible subsistence allowance to the petitioner, as per the directions contained in the order dated 21.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.34060 of 2022.

2.As per the directions of this Court dated 07.08.2024, Mr.J.Radhakrishnan, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, is personally appeared before this Court.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the respondent had complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 34060 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

4.In view of the compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.12.2022, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
