ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. To that effect, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following endorsement in the Writ Petition:

"The Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, since the petitioner died on 25.03.2017. The Legal Representatives of the petitioner may be given the benefits of service of the petitioner."
