C.M.P.Nos.8988 and 8990 of 2022 in S.A.Nos.643 and 644 of 2010 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These petitions have been filed to restore the above Second Appeal Nos.643 and 644 of 2010 which were dismissed for non-prosecution on 05.04.2022.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Special Government Pleader (Education) appearing for the respondent 5 and 6 submitted that the respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions.

3. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsels for the respondents, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the appeals in S.A.Nos.643 and 644 of 2010 are restored on file.

Post the appeals in the fourth week of January, 2023 for final hearing.
