O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as stipulated in the order dated 06.07.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1922 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail in Crl.M.P.No.1922 of 2015 on 06.07.2015 by the Learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, on condition that he should surrender and furnish sureties on or before 20.07.2015. It is the contention of the petitioner that the counsel who obtained the order did not inform the petitioner/accused about the condition imposed by the Principal District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and on account of which, the petitioner/accused was not able to furnish the sureties.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, with a petition for extension of time to furnish sureties, citing the reasons and on such petition being filed, the said Court is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
