ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.07.2020 in Na.Ka.5674/Nir.4/2003-20 and the order dated 29.07.2020 in Na.Ka.No.5674/Nir/A1/2020 passed by the third respondent, thereby accepted the request made by the petitioner and relieved her from service on Voluntarily Retirement Scheme.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. While the petitioner was working as Extension Officer-I, due to medical ground, she submitted a representation seeking Voluntary Retirement. Her request was considered in the meeting dated 10.07.2020 and a resolution was passed, thereby it was resolved to permit the petitioner to go on Voluntary Retirement. Now, the petitioner stated that on the very same day, she submitted another letter withdrawing her request and the same was not considered by the third respondent. There

is absolutely no proof to show that the petitioner submitted another letter seeking withdrawal of Voluntarily Retirement. That apart, she relieved from service on 14.07.2020.

Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the the order dated 14.07.2020 in Na.Ka.5674/Nir.4/2003-20 and the order dated 29.07.2020 in Na.Ka.No.5674/Nir/A1/2020 passed by the third respondent. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
