This Court has passed the interim order as follows: "Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court vide order dated 26.02.2016 made in W.P.Nos.7433 and 7434 of 2016 and W.M.P.No.6640, 6641 and 6643, 6644 of 2016, in similar matter has directed the respondent therein to maintain status-quo. He has also produced a copy of the said order for perusal of this Court and prayed for appropriate orders.
3. In view of the above, there shall be an order of status-quo for a period of four weeks.

2. Mr.J.Saravana Vel, learned counsel appearing for the
impleaded third respondent would submit that his claim is entitled to be selected as a Homeopathy Doctor and her selection is not put to challenge in the writ petition, however, in view of the blanket status V.PARTHIBAN, J kal quo, the selection process itself has been kept in abeyance and therefore, he prays for vacating the interim order as for the third respodent is concerned. According to the learned counsel, the writ petitioner is only a Siddha doctor and not concerned with recruitment of Homeopathy doctors.
3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner does not have any objection in clarifying the interim order of status quo, as above.
4. Accordingly, it is clarified that the interim order of status quo shall not affect the recruitment of the third respondent in the Homeopathy category and as such, the recruitment process for the said category can be pursued to its logical end. The status quo order in so far as recruitment of the third respondent is concerned, shall stand vacated.
