2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner submitted a document to cancel a document which is for cancelling a sale agreement. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent referred to the discrepancies in typed set of papers submitted by the petitioner. Be that as it may, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. It is in the said circumstances, the doubt entertained by the learned Government Advocate though appears to be genuine, this Court is not inclined to go into the issue since the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

4. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
