2. We find that the Principal of the Government Engineering College, Karuppur, Salem, is sought to be added as a party in the Contempt Petition. The Principal is not a party to the main Writ Petition as well as the Writ Appeal.

Hence, we do not think that this prayer can be permitted and this Sub Application is dismissed.
